The FORST Pavilion is a traditional barn which has been refurbished into a gourmet venue with wide windows, festive lighting, and the smell of freshly-baked bread beckoning visitors. Here, you can explore and savor traditional specialties, cooked on site.

WARM UP AREA

The Warm Up Area, located near Sala Sixtus, is a lounge environment consisting of roomy tents, warm braziers, and armchairs covered in cozy furs. Guests can settle in and enjoy local delicacies, accompanied by FORST specialty beers.

RESTAURANT COTTAGES

Among the decorated trees and romantic hearths, you'll find the picturesque Restaurant Cottages. Here, you can sample regional dishes along with FORST specialty beers, like our Christmas Beer, which is brewed just for the occasion.

The rustic FORST shelter is perfect for a snack or a hot dish from the regional brewery kitchen, combined with FORST beer specialities. And if you want to sweeten your day, you will find delicious sweets in the nostalgic sweets hut next door.

Bräustüberl FORST welcomes guests throughout the Christmas Forest period, offering a variety of different FORST beer specialties alongside typical Alto Adige delicacies and traditional brewery dishes.

SKATING RINK

At the heart of the Christmas Forest, nestled within FORST's historic walls, lies the illuminated skating rink. Here, adults and children can rent the skates for thrilling fun on the ice.

FORST ZOO & CO

A small zoo is located near the FORST Pavilion, home to sheep. And the fun doesn't end here: traditional Christmas characters like Krampus, Saint Nicholas, the chimney sweep, and the amazing wizard wander through the Christmas Forest to delight young and old alike.

FORST BEER IS AWAITING YOU!

GUIDED TOURS

In the wintertime, the visits of the FORST Brewery are held every day when the Christmas Forest is open (Except on Christmas Day and St. Stephen’s Day) in Italian language. Actually, no English guided tour is available.
Participation is possible by prior telephone arrangement at 0039-0473-260111, registrations by e-mail can not be considered. The porter of the brewery is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30 o’clock. Due to the numerous requests, no guided tours for groups (party of conscripts, company outings, tour operators, etc.) can be organized. Maximum number of participants per tour is 24 people.
The minimum age for participate at the guided tour is 16 years. Please understand that pets are not allowed to tour (duration: approximately 1,5 hours), during which smoking is strictly prohibited. Because of the many stairs, the visit is not indicated for people with disabilities. Inside the plant it is forbidden to photograph and film.
