Have you ever wondered how FORST beers are brewed, and would you like to discover the brewing process in the brewery? What does purity of assortment mean? How does a classic cold fermentation and its long maturation period influence the beer quality? Have you always wondered how a beer is bottled without losing any of its effervescence?
All these questions and even more are answered expertly during the guided tours of Birra FORST. Take a look behind the scenes during the approximately one-and-a-half-hour tour and learn lots of interesting facts about the world of FORST.
In the months from April to October, the guided tours take place in German every Wednesday at 11.00 am or 2.00 pm.
During the months of June to September, guided tours in Italian take place every Thursday at 11.00 am and 2.00 pm.

As there are significant temperature differences in the individual areas of the brewery, it is recommended that you bring a jacket. Photography, video recording and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are strictly prohibited during the entire tour. Due to the many stairs in the historic buildings, people with walking difficulties are not advised to visit. Children and young people under the age of 16, as well as animals, are not permitted to take part in the tour.
The ticket price of €15 per person must be paid in advance at the FORST Shop and includes the participation of the guided tour as well as a drink voucher and an exclusivebeer glass as a memento of this “beery” experience.
