Birra FORST renewed its participation in the Audi Chef’s Cup Südtirol, the gourmet and lifestyle event that brings together top national and international chefs in Alta Badia from 20 to 25 January, competing in the kitchen and on skis. Leading industry professionals meet to highlight the high quality of Italian products, enhancing local traditions, craftsmanship and the selection of raw materials that make Italian cuisine stand out worldwide.
Birra FORST with its range of specialties could not be absent from such an important event in terms of the quality of traditional local products. Margherita Fuchs von Mannstein, Managing Director of Birra FORST, underlines that “over the years the Chef’s Cup has become a reference point for all professionals in the culinary sector in Italy and abroad. Throughout the event, Birra FORST will present two of its outstanding products (FORST Sixtus and FORST 1857) and on Tuesday 22 January, accompanied by the experience of its well-known Beer Ambassador Antonio Cesaro, you can participate in a guided tasting of beer paired with chocolate at the Hotel Rosa Alpina.
In addition, on Thursday 24 January, during the Free Style Show held at the Ciampai refuge, Birra FORST will feature alongside young chefs under 30, promising stars in the world of Italian cuisine, who will try their hand at preparing delicious dishes.
